Exclusive Four-Step
Coating System:
1. An acrylic/Portland cement
basecoat is applied to the foam core.
2. A specially woven and alkaline
resistant glass fiber mesh to provide high impact resistance is applied and
embedded into the basecoat.
3. The basecoat is finished to
provide a smooth substrate in preparation for the finish coat.
4.
AFF pre-colored 100% pure
acrylic reinforced finish is applied to obtain the color and texture of your choice.
